GreenSky Power Breaks Ground on New BLDC Motor Factory in Thailand, Strengthening Global Supply Chain Capabilities
GreenSky Power, a leading professional electric motor and driver manufacturer, has commenced construction of a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Thailand. This strategic investment marks a significant milestone in the company’s global expansion and underscores its long-term commitment to enhancing its supply chain capabilities within Southeast Asia.
The new BLDC Motor factory is designed to meet the rising international demand for energy-efficient motor and power system solutions, including Brushless DC (BLDC) motors, stepper motors, and controllers. Upon completion, it is expected to significantly increase production capacity, reduce lead times, and offer greater service flexibility for customers across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. This expansion will allow GreenSky Power to further optimize manufacturing efficiency while maintaining its stringent quality standards certified by ISO and CE.
Strategically located to leverage Thailand’s robust industrial ecosystem, skilled workforce, and strong logistics infrastructure, the new facility will enable GreenSky Power to respond more swiftly to dynamic market demands. The choice of Thailand as a manufacturing hub is supported by the country’s encouraging investment policies, such as tax incentives and import duty exemptions for eligible projects promoted by the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) . Furthermore, Thailand’s position as a growing hub for renewable energy and advanced manufacturing aligns with GreenSky Power’s focus on sustainable and cost-effective operations.
