Final product specifications, quality requirements, and commercial terms shall be governed by the written quotation, proforma invoice (PI), or contract signed by both parties. Customized OEM/ODM products are subject to technical feasibility review by our engineering team.

5. Quotations and Orders

Submitting an inquiry through this Site does not constitute an order and does not create a binding contract. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a formal quotation or PI and the customer accepts it in writing, including by electronic confirmation, signature, or payment.

Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation and may be adjusted due to changes in raw material costs, exchange rates, or customization requirements.

6. User Obligations

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems;
Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation;

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from use of this Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim, or [USD 1,000], whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, the People’s Republic of China, unless mandatory law requires a different jurisdiction.
