SOLUTION
för det första, inspect the brush and commutator for any dirt. If dirt is found, promptly clean it to prevent the accumulation of debris, which can lead to poor contact. Nästa, examine the commutator nut’s center for any protrusions. If the surface is uneven, use sandpaper to flatten it. Annat, it may impede the sliding motion between the commutator and brush, causing friction sparks. Proceed to check the brush holder for proper adjustment.
