1. The allocated space for the motor within the customer’s robot is quite limited. Given the smaller motor diameter, it is essential for the motor to fulfill the customer’s demanding power (800W) とトルク (100Nm) specifications.

We employ a brushless planetary geared motor, and in order to meet the customer’s specifications, we modify the motor casing and key internal components to ensure that the motor seamlessly fits within the product’s internal dimensions. さらに, we enhance the motor’s protection level to achieve IP68 certification.
2. Given the customer’s concerns about product longevity and the prevention of sparks, we opt for brushless planetary geared motors to guarantee the extended lifespan of commercial warehouse robots.
