SOLUTION
Premièrement, inspect the brush and commutator for any dirt. If dirt is found, promptly clean it to prevent the accumulation of debris, which can lead to poor contact. Sinon, it may impede the sliding motion between the commutator and brush, causing friction sparks. Proceed to check the brush holder for proper adjustment. Incorrect adjustment can result in excessive brush pressure and friction. Adjust the brush holder to ensure the appropriate brush pressure.
Enfin, inspect the brush box for any looseness. If the brush box assembly is not in line with specifications, adjust the brush position or reinforce the brush box.
