2. Working principle of precision planetary reducer-how does a planetary gearbox work
Working principle: When the sun wheel rotates under the drive of the motor, the occlusion with the planetary wheel prompts the planetary wheel to produce rotation, and at the same time, because the planetary wheel has another side and the occlusion of the annular inner gear ring on the inner wall of the planetary reducer shell, finally, under the driving force of rotation, the planetary wheel will roll on the annular inner gear ring in the same direction as the rotation of the sun wheel, forming the rotation around the sun wheel.
The planetary wheel will roll on the ring inner gear ring in the same direction as the rotation of the sun wheel, forming a “revolution” movement around the sun wheel. Usually, each planetary reducer will have multiple planetary wheels, which will rotate around the central sun wheel simultaneously under the action of the input shaft and the sun rotation drive, and share and transmit the output power of the planetary reducer.
